A Deposit of two day's rental is required to confirm reservation - Applied to last days of reservation.

Reservation deposits guaranteed by credit card are final.

Personal checks are accepted for deposits only.  Balance is due in full at check-in.  We accept cash, money orders, travelers checks, MasterCard, VISA, Amex & Discover.

Reservations held until 5 PM unless notified otherwise.

Deposits not transferable.

Rates are subject to change unless secured by advance reservation.

No refunds due to weather or early checkout.

Cancellation Policy: 21 days notice required for any part of cancellation.  All cancellations subject to 50% service charge.  NO REFUNDS if cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival.  NO REFUNDS for early checkouts or no-show.

Reservations will be automatically cancelled if deposit is not received within 10 days.

All holiday weekends, 3 night minimum.

Above rates do not include N.J. Sales Taxes.

Extra Adult - $15 per night.  Extra Child - $10 per night

Room preference accepted, however rooms are guaranteed by Type A-E, not by specific room number or floor.
